jade currently only ships to Australia. Standard shipping within Australia is $10. Express post is $17. 

We use Australia Post for deliveries.

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home the responsibility is yours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. However sometimes circumstances out of our control happen and postage may be delayed. Once your order is dispatched you will be provided the Australia Post tracking number.
